Hartford Gear Co. is a no frills hiking and backpacking gear company located in Hartford, CT. They make handmade fanny packs, packing pods, tote bags, and wallets. They prioritize sustainability and zero waste.

Goals

The goal for Hartford Gear Co. was to elevate their visual presence with high-quality photos and videos that truly showcased their products in use. With an existing Instagram audience of 8,000, they didn’t need to start from scratch, they needed a consistent posting rhythm and a clear strategy to actually nurture and engage the community they already had. Alongside that, expanding brand awareness and boosting community involvement became key priorities to support sustainable growth.

Outcome

While working with HGC, their social presence became more cohesive and consistently on-brand, with content that highlighted their products in a clear, informative, and engaging way. Reels played a major role in expanding reach, and ongoing community engagement helped build genuine relationships with both new and existing customers.
